At Porsana, we respect your privacy and your right to control your personal data. In accordance with GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulations, you have the right to request deletion of your personal information from our systems. This page is the practical how-to for the right to erasure described on our GDPR page.

This page explains how you can request deletion of your data and what happens when you do.

2. Data We Store

When you use Porsana services, we may store the following types of data:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, business details
• Conversation Data: Chat history, messages exchanged with our AI chatbot
• Integration Data: Connected accounts (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, eBay)
• Usage Data: Service usage statistics, analytics data
• Payment Information: Transaction history (payment details are stored by our payment processor)

3. How to Request Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your data through any of the following methods:

Option 1: Via Email

1. Send an email to privacy@porsana.ai with the subject Data Deletion Request.
2. Include your full name, the email address associated with your account, phone number if registered, business name if applicable, and the specific data you want deleted (or write “all data”).
3. We will verify your identity, then process the request as described below.

Option 2: Contact Form

Visit our Contact page and submit a data deletion request through the contact form. Use the same details you would include in the email.

In certain cases, we may need to retain some data even after a deletion request. This includes:

• Legal Requirements: Data required to be retained by law (e.g., tax records, invoices)
• Legitimate Business Interests: Data necessary to protect against fraud or legal claims
• Anonymized Data: Aggregated, non-identifiable data used for analytics

Any retained data will be securely stored and only used for the specific purposes mentioned above.

6. Facebook/Meta Integration Data

If you've connected your Facebook, Instagram, or WhatsApp Business account to Porsana:

• Disconnecting your account will stop data sharing between Porsana and Meta platforms
• Previously collected conversation data can be deleted upon request
• To revoke access, visit Facebook Business Integrations

Note: Deleting data from Porsana does not delete data stored by Meta. Please refer to Meta's Privacy Policy for information about managing your data on their platforms.

7. Third-Party Service Providers

Some of your data may be processed by our third-party service providers. When you request data deletion, we will also instruct these providers to delete your data:

• Payment processors (Stripe)
• Cloud hosting providers
• Analytics services
